Administration

Verification and valuation of all assets based in England and Wales
The transfer of all joint assets into sole name, as appropriate.
Identify and correspond with all beneficiaries of the estate.
Progress reports available by phone, email and post.

Legal

Applying for the Grant of Representation.
Preparing the necessary documentation for HM Courts Service.
Transfer of any relevant money and assets in accordance with the Last Will & Testament of the deceased or in accordance with the Rules of Intestacy where there the deceased did not leave a Will.

Tax

Preparing the necessary documentation for HM Revenue & Customs and Court Service.

Cost

In ordinary cases fixed price of £500 + vat or 2% + vat of the total value of the deceased estate, whichever is the greater.
£200 deposit on engagement with the balance falling due on completion of matters.
